Terms and conditions
The following terms & conditions apply to your registration for the A-ERE courses.
- You can only register for a course by using the (online) registration form or through a member of A-ERE. A-ERE may refuse the registration.
- You will receive written confirmation within 5 working days. We will handle the registrations in sequence of receipt. If the course is fully booked, A-ERE will contact you.
- Courses can be cancelled in case of insufficient participation. A-ERE reserves the right to cancel, to reschedule or to relocate the course due to other unforeseen circumstances.
- All cancellations must be received in writing. Provided you give at least three weeks’ notice, we will bill 10% of the investment. If you cancel after this time, 50% of the course fee must be paid. On cancellations with less than a weeks’ notice, the full amount will be charged. It is possible to transfer your registration to another suitable person.
- These terms of cancellation are also applicable to exams organised by A-ERE.
- Cancellation when the course has already started is not possible. No part of the course fee will be refunded.
- All invoices should be paid in full at least 30 days in advance. A-ERE can postpone or stop your participation in the course if invoices are not fully paid in time.
- Course fees include all course activities and material as well as meals during the course. They do not include travel and lodging. A-ERE will help with booking lodging on request.
- A-ERE, or her partners, owns all copyrights of the training material provided. These materials may only be used by the courses’ participants. The participant is not allowed, directly or indirectly, to copy or to supply the training material to third parties.
- A-ERE cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, which can be related to the courses or the course material.
- Throughout the course, A-ERE will handle all written and verbal information from course participants with confidentiality.
